Refund Policy for Adkompas (“parent”) : GAMDaemon and Adskroll.com (“product”) Beta Version

At Adkompas, we appreciate your participation in the beta testing phase of our software. During this period, we are continuously improving and evolving our product based on valuable feedback from users like you. To ensure transparency and fairness, we've outlined our refund policy for the beta version below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Since the product is in its beta stage, some features may be incomplete or subject to change. We understand that this might not meet all user expectations. Therefore, refunds are available under the following circumstances: Technical Issues: If the beta product experiences significant, unresolved technical issues that prevent its core functionality from being usable, and our support team is unable to provide a solution within 14 days of reporting the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. Accidental Charges: If you were mistakenly charged or if there was an error in processing your payment, a full refund will be issued upon confirmation of the error. Cancellation within Trial Period: If a free trial period is offered during the beta and you cancel your subscription within the trial period, no charges will apply, and no refund will be needed.

2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@adkompas.net within 30 days of your purchase. Include the following details in your request: Your account email address The reason for requesting a refund Any relevant information (e.g., screenshots, error messages, support ticket numbers) Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: User Satisfaction: If you are generally unsatisfied with the product due to personal preferences or anticipated features that have not yet been released in the beta version, refunds will not be granted. Lack of Usage: Refunds are not provided if you no longer use the product but fail to cancel your subscription. Outside the Refund Window: Refunds requested beyond the 30-day period after purchase or charge date will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Changes to This Policy As the product evolves, we may update this refund policy. We will notify users of any significant changes, and the updated policy will apply to future transactions.
